The upcoming historical drama "River Where the Moon Rises" released another set of stills featuring the characters starred by Lee Ji Hoon and Choi Yoo Hwa!

"River Where the Moon Rises" is a drama remake of a classic Goguryeo folk tale which will tell the famous love story of two characters, Princess Pyeonggang and On Dal.

To star as the titular Princess Pyeonggang is the beautiful actress Kim So Hyun. Pyeonggang is born a princess but was raised as a soldier. She's a woman full of ambitions and desires to be the first-ever female to lead Goguryeo. She will do what it takes to make her dream come true and will stop at nothing to achieve it. She mastered a great plan to pursue her goal however, she will be distracted when she meets, the peace-loving man On Dal to be starred by Ji Soo.

On Dal is the exact opposite of the princess. He only wants to live a peaceful and harmonious life. On Dal will eventually find himself forsaking his principles to keep his love, Princess Pyeonggang, safe.

Another character in the drama is Hae Mo Yong to be starred by Choi Yoo Hwa a wealthy girl who is committed to take hold of Goguryeo and do whatever she pleases with it. Hae Mo Yong possesses unparalleled beauty, however, she acts mysterious and secretive at times. She possesses the ability to foresee the future.

Lee Ji Hoon on the other hand will star as the top elite general of Goguryeo named Go Geon. He was born to form a rich and high-ranking family. He is considered the best in martial arts, which makes him the best general of Goguryeo. It's as if this was meant to be his destiny.

The drama dropped some new stills that feature the intriguing relationship of Hae Mo Yong and Go Geon.

The photos exhibit Hae Mo Yong and Go Geon's relationship which makes us realize that the duo is at odds with each other. The way that they look at each other makes us cringe as if neither of them is willing to back down.

Another photo shows Go Geun grabbing Hae Mo Young's wrist as he leans towards her. Hae Mo Young doesn't seem to be intimidated by him as her stare sharpens and we can already feel their tense relationship.

 Both Go Geun and Hae Mo Young are able to shake up Goguryeo. They are both from high-ranked families as the eldest son of Go Won Pyo (Lee Hae Young), the most influential person in the royal family, and the adoptive daughter of Hae Ji Wol (Jung In Kyum), one of the most powerful men of Goguryeo.

The drama's production team expressed their thoughts on Go Geun and Hae Mo Young's character and relationship in the drama. They stated that the encounter between Go Geun and Hae Mo Young will strongly affect Goguryeo.

As for the actor's performance in the drama, the production team stated that Choi Yoo Hwa and Lee Ji Hoon were able to shoot their scenes with their utmost concentration as well as excellent acting skills.

They added asking everyone to please look forward to the relationship of Go Geun and Hae Mo Yong and how they will influence the future of Pyeonggang and On Dal.
