Finally! In the sixth episode of "The Penthouse 2", everyone was surprised with the appearance of a more fashionable Lee Ji Ah who looks even fiercer than before. At first glance, her face was concealed while the mysterious character played by Lee Ji Ah secretly enters into Joo Dan Te's (Um Ki Joon) extravagant penthouse apartment alone.
There she waited for him to find her and as Joo Dan Te slowly approaches her from behind asking who she was, she slowly turns around and reveals her identity. This led to Joo Dan Te's surprised reaction as he exclaimed her name "Shim Soo Ryeon?"
Lee Ji Ah's mysterious character then comes near Joo Dan Te and surprisingly kissed him. He was caught in great shock and pushed her away. To this, Lee Ji Ah's character responded with a smile while saying "Have you been doing well? It's been a long time, Joo Dan Te."

Some viewers believe that the actress will portray the character of Na Ae Gyo, the mysterious birth mother of twins Joo Seok Kyung (Han Ji Hyun) and Joo Seok Hoon (Kim Young Dae) who was identified with her signature butterfly tattoo. Other fans speculate that she will be portraying the identical twin of Shim Soo Ryeon. Well of course other viewers still believe that she is the original Shim Soo Ryeon herself who has finally made her revengeful comeback!
