'The Penthouse 2' Episode 7 Recap
The previous episode starts with Ha Yoon Cheol (Yoon Jong Hoon) arriving for the funeral of Bae Ro Na (Kim Hyun Soo). As soon as he arrives, Cheon Seo Jin (Kim So Yeon) calls him to ask for help because their daughter Ha Eun Byeol (Choi Ye Bin) is acting crazy.
Apparently, Ha Eun Byeol has been having hallucinations of seeing Bae Ro Na's ghost.
In the funeral, Oh Yoon Hee (Eugene) was on the verge of taking her own life by drinking pills, but when she was about to overdose herself, Logan Lee (Park Eun Seok) stopped her and revealed to her the real killer of Bo Ra.

The Mystery behind Lee Ji Ah's Character
A mysterious woman suddenly enters Joo Dan Tae's (Uhm Ki Joon) penthouse apartment, and it was none other than Shim Su Ryeon (Lee Ji Ah). It is as if she came back from the dead! She kissed Joo Dan Tae, then he opened her blouse to check her back.
The butterfly tattoo is one proof that she was not Shim Su Ryeon but the real mother of Na Ae Gyo. She claimed that she has been living a life hiding under Shim Su Ryeon's identity for 20 years and reveals her strong desire to possess the penthouse apartment.
Meanwhile, Ha Yoon Cheol and Cheon Seo Jin took their daughter to the hospital to somehow erase her memories of killing Bo Ra, to stop her hallucinations, and prevent her from becoming crazy.
The situation is as complicated as it gets when Oh Yoon Hee saw Ha Yoon Cheol and Cheon Seo Jin in the hospital together. She wants to get her hands on them to avenge her daughter's death. She was about to attack them when suddenly, a man stopped her by poisoning her to lose consciousness.
Ha Yoon Cheol went home to his wife Oh Yoon Hee but couldn't seem to find her. Oh Yoon Hee was actually unconscious at Logan Lee's place. When she woke up, she asked so many questions, such as proof that Ha Eun Byeol is the real killer Ro Na.
She claimed that she had checked Eun Byeol's dress, and it was clear. But Logan Lee was able to find proof that Cheon Seo Jin purchased the same exact dress that Eun Byeol wore that night. It only means that they replaced the bloody dress with a new one.
Logan Lee told Oh Yoon Hee he's coming back to the States soon, and that she's the only person who can avenge the death of Shim Su Ryeon and Min Seol Ah (Joo Soo Min)!
Oh Yoon Hee was in a desperate state at this point. Then Logan Lee gave her important information to help her with the investigation of Ro Na's death. The only person who has access to Joo Dan Tae's secret is none other than Shim Su Ryeon's lookalike, Na Ae Gyo.
Oh Yoon Hee secretly went inside Joo Dan Tae's apartment. She seems to know the access inside until she meets Na Ae Gyo!
This left the viewers wondering - will Na Ae Gyo help Oh Yoon Hee with her revenge? Which side will Ae Gyo take? Let's find out in the next episode!
