"Sisyphus: The Myth" Episode 11 shows the depth of the relationship between Cho Seung Woo and Park Shin Hye's characters.

With just five more episodes left, the storyline thickens as Han Tae Sul (Cho Seung Woo) finally meets Sigma (Kim Byung Chul) and shows how special Gang Seo Hae (Park Shin Hye) is.

Han Tae Sul Meets Sigma

In the latest episode of the sci-fi series, the Quantum and Time founder and ex-CEO was locked up in a cage, guarded by Sigma's group.

Surprisingly, Sigma walked in and greeted Han Tae Sul with a sarcastic note.

In hopes of saving Gang Seo Hae, who is currently suffering from a health condition after being injected with a deadly drug, he asked Sigma for an antidote that would cure Gang Seo Hae.

Obviously, things won't be easy for the genius engineer as Sigma told Tae Sul that he would give his request to save the girl under one condition - and that is to finish coding for the uploader.

As we all know, creating the uploader would mean catastrophe.

Tae Sul refused Sigma's deal and attempted to enlighten him by explaining that the world will fall apart and wipe off more than half of the population if he creates the uploader.

He mentioned that a lot of people wanted the world to end, and if there's a nuke button that would destroy the world, Sigma is certain that several people will press it.

To prove his point, he asked Tae Sul to shoot him as he hands over a gun.

Shocked by Sigma's move, he refused to point the gun at him and realized that he couldn't pull the trigger.

Seeing that Tae Sul made his choice, Sigma was disappointed that he would allow mass destruction in order to save Gang Seo Hae.

During their intense conversation, the Quantum and Time founder realized that he has things to figure out and secrets to uncover.

Han Tae Sul Attempts to Save Gang Seo Hae

In the next scene, Agnes aka Kim Seojin, alongside Park Hyeong Do, went to Asia Mart, where Gang Seo Hae is currently resting.

Agnes tries to figure out how to cure Seo Hae by placing a receiver on her head. She then confirms that she is lost in her mind and wandering through different timelines.

With Seo Hae's state, this means Tae Sul needs to join her so he can lead her towards the light. However, she warned him that no matter how hard he tries, he won't be able to change the past nor the future and saving Gang Seo Hae will not make a difference.

Despite this, Tae Sul continues on his mission. Through an injection, he was transported to Seo Hae's memories. There, Tae Sul finds Seo Hae, who is wandering, and tells her that he needs to bring her to the present world so he can receive an antidote.

Han Tae-Sul Sacrificed Himself for Gang Seo-Hae

Unfortunately, there's only one syringe left for the two after Tae Sul's injection shattered.

With his growing feelings for Seo Hae, he decides to sacrifice himself to bring her back to the world.

There, Tae Sul tells her that she is more important to the future than he is and tells him that no one's waiting for him, to which she replied, "How could you say that no one's waiting for you? I'm waiting for you."

Moreover, he also instructed Seo Hae to catch Sigma and stop his plans to destroy the world.

Before she leaves her memory, Seo Hae and Tae Sul expressed their feelings for the first time as they shared passionate kisses before she goes.
