When talking about being influential, rising actor Na In Woo is on his way to stardom. After his portrayal in the record-breaking drama "Mr. Queen," the actor was able to gain the interest and attention of many, making him snag his first lead in the drama "River Where the Moon Rises."

Na In Woo Shared Experiences Portraying the Role of On Dal in "River Where the Moon Rises"

To share his career journey and a glimpse of his new character as On Dal in KBS 2TV's historical-romance drama "River Where the Moon Rises," Na In Woo recently participated in a magazine pictorial and interview with Singles Magazine.

After Jisoo had dropped out from being the male lead due to school violence allegations, his role was immediately turned over to the young and rising actor Na In Woo.

Even though the drama and production experience a lot of problems, the viewers have responded positively to the new male lead. Na In Woo's portrayal as On Dal and his chemistry with actress Kim So Hyun received lots of support from the fans and viewers.

The interview started by him sharing his previous experience before filming his scenes in the drama.

He said, "When I was about to start my first day, I put in mind that it wouldn't be easy. But I thanked my director, co-actors, and the staff for welcoming me and treating me like a family already. Also, the fact that so many people are there to help me out on the filming set, gave me lots of motivation to be more determined in pursuing my work."

Na In Woo also shared how he fully immersed himself and deeply sympathized with On Dal's character. He shared, "The more I read the script, the more it also broke my heart that he had (On Dal) chosen that kind of life because of the life experiences he had. That's why I want to portray On Dal as an innocent and pure man, also sharing his cheerful side in detail to the viewers is also what challenges me the most."

Acting Has Been Na In Woo's Passion Ever Since

The 26-year-old actor has been receiving love and support from his fans, and he is already on his way of building his name in the industry. Ever since he joined the cast of "River Where the Moon Rises," he always trends on the web, thanks to his amazing portrayal.

As the interview continued, Na In Woo humbly expressed that he is the type of person who takes things slowly, saying, "I always made it to this point with the exact same mindset that I had during my first time in acting."
