Taking advantage of the forces around him, Sigma walks inside the building and seems to enjoy playing hide and seek with the duo. Inside the archives room, Gang Seo Hae was puzzled as to why the group was not breaking in and attacking them.

Han Tae Sul explained that they previously left the room during the same timeline, which is why Sigma is just waiting and hasn't given orders to infiltrate the room. Han Tae Sul thinks that someone from the future might read his message and save them.

True enough, the duo finds themselves being rescued by a sniper who single-handedly attacks the Control Bureau forces.

The genius engineer received a call instructing them to meet him outside. Han Tae Sul was surprised to find out that it was his former bodyguard Bong Seon.

Bong Seon, who was joined by Gang Seo Hae and his father, Gang Dong Gi (Kim Jong Tae) showed his hideout. During this scene, the former bodyguard directed them to the underground passage that leads to a post-apocalyptic scenario.

In the next scenario, Sigma introduced Edward Kim to the Control Bureau alongside other high-profile people. There, he realized that Han Tae Sul was right all along after he heard Sigma talk about missiles and mass destruction.

He then showed him a video featuring Tae Sul pointing a gun at his present self, a.k. a Seo Won Ju.

The thirteenth episode also showed the Asia Mart boss, Mr. Park, who walks in with a package.

The group was surprised upon seeing a rifle together with a severed hand and a photo of Gang Seo Hae and her father.

Seeing how angry she was at Seo Won Ju, Han Tae Sul asked her to lower her gun and not to kill him, but instead, she aimed the camera planted by Sigma.

With this, it was Seo Won Ju's opportunity to run away from Gang Seo hae.

The fourteenth episode also showed how Han Tae Sul managed to turn the table against Sigma.

He went to Asia Mart to meet Mr. Park and demanded a gun so he could kill Sigma.

Refusing to sell any armory, Han Tae Sul hands him a duffle bag filled with medicine and antibiotics. He explained that this will last him 50 years and will be essential once the war breaks out.

Mr. Park gave in to his request and handed him a rifle and a gun. Moreover, he also expressed his doubts that Han Tae Sul would be able to finish Sigma.

However, before leaving Asia Mart, he whispered something to Mr. Park that made him look puzzled.

Loaded with guns and rifles, Han Tae Sul went straight to the Quantum and Time office and told all the staff to evacuate the building.

He then called Sigma and told him that he's in the area. Sigma welcomes him and teases him by saying, "You should be able to find me."
