Kim Jung Hyun's Controversy and Dispute with Current Agency

To recall, the issue about the 31-year-old actor's misbehavior towards Seohyun and the cast of "The Time" resurfaced after his dispute with his current agency, O& Entertainment, came to light.

Earlier this week, the management revealed that the actor's contract still has the validity of 11 months, following his abrupt hiatus after leaving the said drama.

This has prompted his agency to file a lawsuit with the Korea Entertainment Management Association (KEMA); however, Kim Jung Hyun reportedly cited that his contract will be ending in May and stressed that he did not contradict any legalities concerning his contract.

Moreover, a report also claimed that the reason for his withdrawal to "The Time" was not about his health reasons but due to his attitude problem.

"We announced that he left for health reasons at the time, but there were issues with Kim Jung Hyun's attitude since the press conference for the drama due to personal issues involving a woman. That's what led to him ultimately leaving the show," O& Entertainment's statement reads as obtained by a South Korean publication.

With this, Kim Jung Hyun's rude behavior towards the Girl's Generation member made the headlines after fans revisited the controversy and highlighted his treatment to his co-star.

At one point, the "Mr. Queen" star even made Seohyun cry after wiping his hands, following a scene with the singer-actress, which involved holding his hands.

Seo Ye Ji Accused to be the Mastermind behind Kim Jung Hyun's Attitude

Surprisingly, rumors sparked that Seo Ye Ji is the reason behind his harsh treatment towards the SNSD member.

In a report cited by Dispatch, the "It's Okay to Not Be Okay" actress has manipulated the actor, who was then his boyfriend, by instructing him to "refrain from physical contact" with his leading lady and he should do his scenes "without passion."

At the same time, the actress also advised the "School 2017" star to request the writers to revise his role and trim down romantic scenes with Seohyun.

This angered the legion of fans of the singer-actress as #ApologizetoSeohyun trends on Twitter.

On the other hand, amid the backlash that Seo Ye Jin faced, she was not able to attend the "Recalled" press conference, which was her comeback movie, and even reportedly withdrew from her role as Won Mi Ho in the upcoming fantasy drama "Island."
