In "Doom at Your Service " Episode 13, Shin Do Hyun becomes honest about her feelings for Lee Soo Hyuk and Kang Tae Oh.
Lee Hyun Kyu Confronts Cha Joo Ik
Since Lee Hyun Kyu already felt that there is something going on between Na Ji Na (Shin Do Hyun) and Cha Joo Ik (Lee Soo Hyuk), he decided to confront his friend.
Lee Hyun Kyu, who has been running away from the past, got the chance to prove himself and bravely asked Cha Joo Ik if he kissed Na Ji Na years ago before he went to the US.
Cha Joo Ik told him the truth.
Cha Joo Ik finally had the chance to speak about the things that kept on bothering him for years, his intentions, and how much he cared about Lee Hyun Kyu who he already considered as his real brother.
However, Lee Hyun Kyu found Cha Joo Ik's confession annoying because he made him feel useless. After their one-on-one talk, Lee Hyun Kyu distanced himself.

Na Ji Na Surprises Cha Joo Ik...with a Kiss!
Na Ji Na was on her way to visit Tak Dong Kyung (Park Bo Young) in the hospital but she didn't expect to see Cha Joo Ik and his colleagues inside her friend's room.
She attempted to walk away, but when she was about to, Cha Joo Ik saw her and immediately followed her.
When they met, Na Ji Na said that she would be meeting Lee Hyun Kyu on that day, testing if Cha Joo Ik would stop her. But the male editor was fine about it since his feelings for her wouldn't change.
Lee Hyun Kyu was already willing to fight for Na Ji Na, even though he knew that Cha Joo Ik and Na Ji Na kissed in the past - it didn't bother him anymore.
But that kiss under the rain already matters to Na Ji Na as she has started to have special feelings for Cha Joo Ik.
On the other hand, Na Ji Na's confession alarmed Lee Hyun Kyu.
The lady writer was walking drunkenly on the street and was about to trip when a guy caught her - it was Cha Joo Ik. She was glad to see him again because Cha Joo Ik never disappoints her with his unexpected behaviors.

Being plastered that she was, Na Ji Na went closer to the guy in front of her and kissed him. Cha Joo Ik was surprised by the deed. After the kiss, she passed out and he escorted her on the way home.
While Na Ji Na was innocently sleeping, Cha Joo Ik confessed that her simple, sweet gestures might have made him weak.
