"It's Okay Not to Be Okay" actor Kim Soo Hyun owns a G Apartment that shows the beautiful view of Han River in Seoul. His house is designed by Jean Nouvel and it has been said that his appliances are all from luxury brands. Plus, the rooms are built with marble.

Kim Soo Hyun's apartment is worth 4.02 billion KRW (almost 3.5 million USD). He also bought one apartment in the same building that cost 3.02 billion KRW (2.63 million USD).

According to the news, "Oh My Venus" actor So Ji Sub bought a room in Hannam-dong in 2018 that has 4 bedrooms and 3 restrooms. He paid almost 6.1 billion KRW (estimated 5.32 million USD).
Jo In Sung
Another top celebrity made it to the list, "Escape from Mogadishu" actor Jo In Sung has a luxurious officetel in Jamsil S Residence and located in the tallest building in Korea. His place also provides 6-star hotel service. Plus, the kitchen is installed with only the finest and authentic products.
Song Joong Ki
"Vincenzo" star and one of the most influential K-Drama actors of today, Song Joong Ki, purchased a house and lot that overlooks Hannam-dong.
According to TMI News, the "Descendants of the Sun" star demolished the existing house in 2020 and started building a new one in the same place.

"A Gentleman's Dignity" actor Jang Dong Gun topped the list, alongside his wife Ko So Young, who has the most expensive properties!
