‘The Devil Judge’ Episode 9: Power Duo Jinyoung and Ji Sung Start to Take Revenge Against Jang Young Nam
In "The Devil Judge" Episode 9, Kim Ga On (GOT7's Jinyoung) starts to show his loyalty to Kang Yo Han (Ji Sung). It was after the chief judge promised to help him take revenge to the people who ruined their lives, specifically the higher-ups from the Social Responsibility Foundation.
The Devil Judge Episode 9: Elijah and Yoon Soo Hyun Get Caught in Trouble
When the two were in the middle of a conversation, Kang Yo Han received a call from Elijah (Jeon Chae Eun) asking for help because she and Yoon Soo Hyun (Park Gyu Young) were in trouble.
Hearing Elijah's voice worried Kang Yo Han, and he immediately hopped in his car along with the junior judge. Upon seeing the gang who tried to harass his niece, Yo Han burst with anger.
He found that the group of attackers were known to be his fans. Yo Han grabbed the neck of the gang leader and choked him to teach him a lesson.
Meanwhile, Yoon Soo Hyun bravely commanded the chief judge to stop harassing the gang leader or he'd get sued.
She also put her gun on Kang Yo Han's face. This alarmed Kim Ga On, prompting him to intervene. Yo Han let the situation slide for a while and took Elijah home for.
Kang Yo Han Reflects on His Relationship with Elijah
After the incident, Elijah was frustrated with Yo Han for not saying a word to her, so she broke the silence instead.
The young lady confessed that she just wanted to go out and eat tteokbokki, but she doesn't have someone to be with since she's been locked up in the mansion for years. Yoon Soo Hyun was the only person whom she thinks can accompany her and spend some time outside.
Kang Yo Han felt the sadness and longing for affection in Elijah's eyes. These were also the same words that Kim Ga On said to him, which made Yo Han reflect about his attitude towards his niece.

Kim Ga On Prepares Food for Elijah and Kang Yo Han
The next day, Kim Ga On was busy doing his research about the gang that they encountered last night who tried to hurt Yoon Soo Hyun and Elijah.
While working, Ji Young Ok (Yoon Ye Hee) offered to cook a meal for the young judge as her thank you for bringing back Elijah's cheerfulness.
Ga On started to taste the food and was even excited to eat all of it. But as he began to eat, Kim Ga On discovered why Kang Yo Han and Elijah didn't want the lady to cook their meal. Ji Young Ok has a different taste when cooking and tries to use every organic ingredient that doesn't blend well with the food.
Hence, Kim Ga On found out the kind side of Yo Han and Elijah. Even though the lady was not good at cooking, they always finished everything without complaining.
Kim Ga On decided to cook dinner for everyone. The simple dinner became a special event for Elijah and Kang Yo Han.
Kim Ga On Meets His Parents' Murderer
Kang Yo Han asked Kim Ga On to prepare himself for he was about to meet Doh Young Choon (Jung Eun Pyo), the mastermind behind his parents' death. After bribing Cha Kyung Hee's (Jang Young Nam) assistant, Ga On and Yo Han found where Doh Young Choon was hiding.
They observed the kind of life he lives. After contemplating, Kim Ga On made up his mind and went to Young Choon to take his revenge. The killer was surprised to see him and begged to forgive him.
But Kim Ga On couldn't hold his anger and started to beat Young Choon. But when his wife and daughter finally came to save their loved one, Ga On's soft side got the better of him. This was when Yo Han came and did his thing to show the real color of Doh Young Choon.
Yo Han fired up the house where Young Choon's family stayed and the bulk of money he had buried in the field. That was when Kim Ga On discovered that Young Choon still lives in greed. Instead of saving his wife and daughter, he chose to save all his money first.
Instead of killing him on the spot, Kim Ga On said that Young Choon is the only bait they have to use against Cha Kyung Hee and so they shouldn't waste him.
Kim Ga On and Kang Yo Han are gathering cards against their enemies - they're just getting started.
