According to Nielsen Korea, "Penthouse 3" bounces back from its slump as episode 10 soars with a nationwide rating of 18.8 percent and 19.4 percent in metropolitan areas, making it the highest viewership rating since its premiere.
Apart from setting their new personal best, the SBS Friday night series sustained its 10-week reign as the most-watched Friday program as well as the most-watched miniseries of the whole week.

'Penthouse 3' Episode 10 Recap: Hera Palace People Versus Joo Dan Tae and Cheon Seo Jin
The latest episode features the connivance not only with Shin Su Ryeon (Lee Ji Ah,) Logan Lee (Park Eun Seok,) Han Yoon Chul (Yoon Jong Hoon) but also Kang Ma Ri (Shin Eun Kyung) and Yoo Dong Pil (Park Ho San.)
"Penthouse 3" episode 10 sees Su Ryeon and Logan Lee planning their revenge against the evil couple with the help of Kang Ma Ri and his husband.
Dong Pil also confessed his connection with Oh Yoon Hee's (Eugene) death and vowed to make things right this time.

First, they used Baek Joon Ki to frame up Seo Jin and Dan Tae in exchange for the evidence of him being the mastermind behind the car explosion and a recording that proves that the primadonna imprisoned Logan Lee.

Yoo Dong Pil helped him escape but persuaded him to turn themselves in to make things right and start a new life.
Knowing Dan Tae, he wouldn't surrender to the police but rather asked Dong Pil to take the blame one last time.
"Penthouse 3" episode 10 showed a heartbreaking scene between Dong Pil and his daughter, Yoo Je Ni (Jin Ji Hee) after he mentioned that he would go on a "business trip in Dubai."
This means that he will turn himself into the authority for being an accomplice to Yoon Hee's death.
As for Joo Dan Tae, he got on a smuggled boat thinking that it was his escape to Korea. Unfortunately for him, this was included in Logan Lee and Shim Su Ryeon's plan.
He woke up inside a Japanese psychiatric hospital under the name of Baek Joon Ki.

Seo Jin gave a mysterious smile in the last scene as she told her daughter, "This is the happiest day of my life."
