Yoon Jong Hoon, who plays Kim Ki Tae in tvN drama "Reply 1994," shared his thoughts and issues on playing Kim Ki Tae.

"To confess now, it was hard preparing to play Kim Ki Tae, a computer science major in Yeonsei University in 1994. I looked and looked at the script to identify his character and characteristics of computer science engineers in the early 1990s, but it was difficult.

When I asked the director for help on the character of Kim Ki Tae, he told me he imagined Ki Tae to be a pleasant friend to have around. Then I slowly started getting a feel for the character. I also revisited my memories of the 20s. I listened to the songs of 1990s, and revisited rock cafe spaces, which were a hit back then."
