With only two episodes left, the SBS historical fantasy drama showed a modest rise after garnering recorded average viewership ratings of 9.3 percent.
The said figure continues to show development from episode 13 with ratings of 8.9 percent.

'Lovers of the Red Sky' Episode 14 Highlights: Hong Cheon Gi and Ha Ram Runaway from Prince Joo Hyang
After the failed sealing ritual, Prince Yang Myeong (Gong Myung) stopped the demon king from attacking the divine painting by stabbing Ma Wang using a ritual sword to reseal the demon king to Ha Ram's body.
Unfortunately, because of the sword's power, it left the grand prince unconscious.
Meanwhile, Hong Cheon Gi woke up Ha Ram and heard that Pring Joo Hyang ordered his men to arrest the two.
Fortunately, Ha Ram's group, led by Moo Young, infiltrated the failed ceremony to help Hong Cheon Gi and the astrologer runway from the royal army.
However, since the prince is eager to kill either Ha Ram or Cheon Gi, Moo Young sacrificed his life to save the duo.

Hong Eun Oh's Heartbreaking Death
Since the prince is determined to get Ma Wang's soul, he plans a plot that would make Cheong Gi suffer.

It came after Prince Joo Hyang used Cheong Gi's father to make her agree to his plan of painting another portrait of the late King Young Jong.
Initially, the divine painter resisted the prince's will but forcefully said yes after they threatened to kill her father.
While being held captive, Ha Ram's men sneaked into the area to help escape Hong Cheon Gi.
As soon as they got her and her father, they tried to escape the palace but were caught by the royal army.
