On November 18, SBS TV's upcoming romance comedy coming-of-age drama "Our Beloved Summer" unveiled new stills featuring the young love between high schoolers Kook Yeon Soo and Choi Woong, played by Choi Woo Sik and Kim Da Mi, respectively.
The newly released stills depict how the romance between Choi Woong and Kook Yeon Soo blossomed. From the youthful and innocent high school days, to the moment of reunion in their early 30s.
In the first photo, top student Kook Yeon Soo and slow learner Choi Woong sit beside each other after becoming partners for a documentary film.
The differences of the two exude in their auras. Kook Yeon Soo, the studious and intelligent student, concentrates on the discussion of the class. On the other hand, Choi Woong's mind wanders somewhere else.

Even with their differences, the two fall in love with each other, exchanging sweet glances that stimulate butterflies to dance inside potential viewers' stomachs.
Attention is focused on what kind of shift happened between the two that resulted in Kook Yeon Soo and Choi Woong's heart-pounding separation.

Choi Woong grows up to be a fine man who works as an illustrator in the drama. Although he has everything, he grew up alone and got accustomed to living by himself.
Unlike Choi Woong, Kook Yeon Soo became a busy, realist public relations expert who is always on-the-go.
Even as adults, the two are still living very different lives. Interestingly, the two ex-lovers meet again.
Choi Woo Sik and Kim Da Mi, who also met up again in the new work, shared their thoughts on the drama, and on each other.
Choi Woo Sik said, "It's an honor to work with Kim Da Mi again. In our previous drama, we chased each other to kill. But this time, we are still fighting but as ex-lovers who view life differently."

"Kim Da Mi and I are very good friends. So when I knew that she also chose this work, I immediately decided. It's much more comfortable because we can talk to each other even about the tiniest details without hindrances," Choi Woo Sik continued, talking about his relationship with the actress.
Moreover, Kim Da Mi admitted that she was looking forward to doing the work the moment she learned that fellow actor and close friend Choi Woo Sik accepted the role.
"It's fun to be working together even now, after three years," she added.
Meanwhile, SBS TV's new Monday and Tuesday drama will hit the small screen for the first time on Monday, December 6 at 10:00 p.m. KST.
