Jeon Yeo Bin and Ahn Hyo Seop Courted to Star in ‘Some Day or One Day’ Korean Remake
Media outlets reported that Jeon Yeo Bin and Ahn Hyo Seop are courted to star in the forthcoming Korean remake of the famous Taiwanese series, "Some Day or One Day."
Both of their agencies, Management MMM and Starhaus Entertainment, confirmed that the "Vincenzo" actress and "Lovers of the Red Sky" actor received casting offers and are still reviewing the project.
In addition, the Korean version might be produced on Disney Plus.

If the two stars accept the drama, Jeon Yeo Bin will play as Huang Yu Xuan and Chen Yan Ru, while Ahn Hyo Seop takes the role of Wang Quan Sheng and Li Zi Wei.
Based on the original Taiwanese version of "Some Day or One Day," the story centers around Huang Yu Xuan, a 27-year-old lady who is longing for the love of her life, Wang Quan Sheng. Unexpectedly, Huang Yu Xuan is entangled in a car accident, and the moment she regains consciousness, she thinks that the guy sitting by her side in the hospital is Wang Quan Sheng.

But as she becomes more aware of the sudden shift of her fate, Yu Xuan travels back in 1998 and realizes that she lives as a high school student named Chen Yan Ru and not anymore as a 27-year-old woman. She also sees the man in the hospital and confirms that he is not Wang Quen Sheng but actually a schoolmate named Li Zi Wei.
In February, it was already confirmed that "Some Day or One Day" will have a Korean adaptation but the actors to lead the drama were still undecided.
'Some Day or One Day' Massive Popularity in Asia
"Some Day or One Day" aired in Korea last April 2020, on the famous online streaming platform Wavve. It also gained popularity in Japan, Hong Kong, and Malaysia and topped the Asian series rankings.

The Taiwanese drama also bagged six nominations at the 55th Golden Bell Awards which is also known as Taiwan's version of Emmys. "Some Day or One Day" won four big prizes and took three awards at the 25th Asian Television Awards in the categories of Best Director, Best Original Screenplay, and Best Drama OST.
Taiwanese actors Greg Han and Alice Ke were the original cast of the series.
