MBC's 'The Red Sleeve Cuff' Starring Lee Se Young and Lee Junho Wraps Up Filming
On December 21, media insiders confirmed that today is the last day of shoot for Lee Junho, Lee Se Young, and the rest of "The Red Sleeve Cuff" cast. The production began in May and this December marks as their seven months of working together in bringing an extraordinary story portrayed by brilliant actors and actresses in the industry.
MBC's Friday-Saturday drama depicts the sad romance between the king and his court lady. The production team has been filming from early summer, autumn, to cold winter in Korea. It takes them seven months for the other cast also have their solo projects outside the drama, like Lee Junho who is busy with 2PM's comeback last June.
In addition, Lee Se Young and Lee Junho are scheduled to attend the last day of the shoot on December 21 and do their best until the end of the series to achieve a successful run.
What excites the viewers most is the upcoming ending of the drama. Many have high expectations for the series is consistently at the top most buzzworthy Kdramas for six consecutive weeks already.
Same as with its lead stars Lee Se Young and Lee Junho who remained as the most popular actors for six weeks competing with Song Hye Kyo, Jang Ki Yong, Han Hyo Joo, Park Hyung Sik, Park Eun Bin, and SF9's Rowoon.
MBC's "The Red Sleeve Cuff" also recorded a new high viewership ratings during episodes 11 and 12. The series was able to finished last week's broadcast with almost 12.2 percent rating.

Though many who have read the novel already knew what will happen in the end, others are still hoping for the best finale for the drama. Based on the book, the king and his concubine had a mournful ending.
Meanwhile, viewers who has been watching "The Red Sleeve Cuff" since day are anticipating whether the writer and director will make an interesting plot in the last episode of the series, since the production team confirmed that TRSC will end its run with episode 17.
On the other hand, "The Red Sleeve Cuff" is expected to release episodes 14 and 15 on December 25.
