‘The Red Sleeve Cuff’ Stars Lee Junho and Lee Se Young Nominated for ‘Best Couple’ Category for 2021 MBC Drama Awards
K-drama couple and "The Red Sleeve Cuff" lead stars Lee Junho and Lee Se Young are nominated for the Best Couple Category for the forthcoming 2021 MBC Drama Awards.
Various awarding ceremonies in the K-Entertainment industry have already begun. December is the month where creatives and brilliant artists receive recognition for their participation in numerous projects for the whole year.
Through their dramas, these stars were given a chance to showcase their talents in front of hundreds and thousands of people in Korea and abroad.
MBC Unveils the Nominees for the Kdrama Best Couple Category
For the upcoming 2021 MBC Drama Awards, the list of nominees in the Best Couple Category was finally revealed.
There are four Kdrama couples who entered the list. First are "The Red Sleeve Cuff" lead stars Lee Se Young & Lee Junho. Second, "The Veil" stars Jung Moon Sung and Park Ha Sun. Third on the list are "Oh!Master" stars Lee Min Ki and Nana, and for the last couple, actors Jung Jae Young & Moon So Ri for the drama "On The Verge of Insanity."
The voting for the Best Couple Category has finally started on MBC's official website exclusively made for the forthcoming awarding ceremony. The action-suspense series "The Veil" starring Namgoong Min had a sudden change of story during the second half of its run which ended with a viewership rating of less than 10 percent.
You can now start voting for your favorite Kdrama couple. Further, the voting will end on December 29 before the scheduled awarding ceremony on December 30. Kim Sung Joo is expected to host the much-awaited event. This marks his second time hosting the annual awarding ceremony.

Lee Se Young and Lee Junho to Face a New Problem in 'The Red Sleeve Cuff'
Ahead of the episode premiere, MBC released three "The Red Sleeve Cuff" stills showcasing the upcoming event to happen in this week's drama broadcast.
The snaps give a glimpse of the tension between Yi San (Lee Junho) and Sung Deok Im's (Lee Se Young) romance. In the first two snaps, the new king and the court lady are seriously talking inside the library and Yi San's room. Meanwhile in the last photo they meet in the palace garden where Yi San is holding Sung Deok Im's hand and affectionately looking at the lady.
Catch the upcoming "The Red Sleeve Cuff" episodes on December 24 and 25 at 9:40 p.m. on MBC and Viki.
