Drunk and dazed in his feelings, Choi Woong (Choi Woo Sik) run to his ex-girlfriend's house and confronted her about what went down in their relationship. While he aches to start over again even just as friends, Kook Yeon Soo (Kim Da Mi) is not ready for any relationship with her former lover. "Our Beloved Summer" episode 7 lets the viewers in on a little secret: the two silly ex-lovers love running.

After Woong and Yeon Soo's drunken confrontation, the two were filled with worry and embarrassment. To hide their true feelings, Woong and Yeon Soo decided to run away and ditched filming, leaving Kim Ji Woong (Kim Sung Cheol) and his documentary crew without a word.

Woong and Yeon Soo didn't go farther away from their neighborhood, basking in the beautiful weather while taking a stroll at the park. Because of fate, the two ironically bumped into each other at a public library.

Like deja vu, the same incident also took place 10 years ago, where students Woong and Yeon Soo also hid from the filming crew because of their personal dilemmas.

No matter what they do to avoid each other, Woong and Yeon Soo would always find their way to each other.

All The Feelings Left Unsaid

Like the old times, the two reconciled after their unexpected meeting at the library. Woong brought Yeon Soo to their restaurant to eat, and to also cleared things up between the two of them.

Clearly, Yeon Soo wasn't comfortable and ready to speak about her true feelings regarding their relationship. She couldn't give the long overdue closure just yet, pride and embarrassment mainly hinder her.

When Woong bravely spoke up about what he truly feels about her, their relationship and their breakup. But Yeon Soo once again retreated, making the former numb and disappointed.

With that said, the two ex-lovers become prisoners in another chase, that only communication can set them free.

To ensure that Woong and Yeon Soo would never ditch them again, Ji Woong and his team came up with a nicely laid out plan.

For them to finish filming the documentary, Ji Woong was advised by his senior to lock the two lead stars in a confined room where they could be alone in their own thoughts and feelings, and would enable him to film the two.

On one perfect sunny day, Ji Woong, along with their only friends Eun Ho (Ahn Dong Goo) and Sol Yi (Park Jin Joo), forced Woong and Yeon Soo to come with him on a disguised road trip.
