In the MBC Wednesday/Thursday drama "Medical Top Team" the skilled doctors who are the best with charisma, Jung Ryuh Won (role of Suh Joo Young), Kim Ki Bang (role of Jung Hoon Min), Alex (role of Bae Sang Gyu)'s unexpectedly charisma is attracting the attention of many.

In the released picture, the actors are enjoying their break and making a pose towards the camera.  Their exaggerated emotions and confident look triggers an image of first generation idol singers.  The three people have a sincere look in their eyes and angled hand motions as they have perfect harmony, as if being a male/female joint singing group.  Especially as they're showing a completely different charisma (?) as that in the drama, Jung Ryuh Won is showing a lovely look on the filming set.

Commenters have stated that the Top Team members have shown great teamwork skills to lift the mood of the set and have been number one contributors.  Viewers have high expectations that they will use this harmony in the drama itself as the plot progresses.

Meanwhile, in the last episode, Tae Shin (played by Kwon Sang Woo) starts to aggravate Seung Jae (played by Joo Ji Hoon) who opposes the treatment support of Young Woo (played by Kim Woo Sung) as the episode ended, as viewers were curious about the future steps between the relationship of these two men.  "Medical Top Team" featuring the four step changes of Alex and the idols has brought plentiful laughter.
