JTBC's upcoming drama "Thirty, Nine" follows the lives of three high school best friends, Cha Mi Jo (Son Ye Jin), Jung Chan Young (Jeon Mi Do), and Jang Joo Hee (Kim Ji Hyun), who are all on the verge of being 40.
The drama is expected to show the different struggles of women, various stories about friendship, love, and relatable life experiences.
Kim Ji Hyun transforms into Jang Joo Hee, a department store cosmetics manager. Out of the three friends, she's the one with the purest and softest heart.
Joo Hee is reserved, prim, and timid compared to Mi Jo and Chan Young, who both have bold personalities.
