Confirmed! Lee Seung Gi to Lead KBS Romance Drama ‘Love by Law
Lee Seung Gi is finally making his much-anticipated small screen comeback with a new romance drama!
On January 24, YTN Star reported that singer-actor Lee Seung Gi is confirmed to play the lead role in the upcoming healing romance KBS drama "Love by Law," said to occupy the Monday and Tuesday slots on primetime.
Lee Seung Gi to Star in 'Love By Law'
"Love by Law" marks Lee Seung Gi's next acting project following his serial-thriller series "Mouse" in 2021 where he portrayed the character of a psychopath. From the mystery genre, the "Vagabond" star will once again melt the viewers' hearts for he is back to star in a romance drama this 2022.

KBS' "Love by Law" depicts the love story between a former Miss Korea and now a lawyer and web novel writer, and former prosecutor who's now a busy and smart landlord. In addition, "Mr. Lawyer, Mr. Jo" director is expected to helm the project.
Meanwhile, Lee Seung Gi is busy and currently films the upcoming episodes of the reality shows that he appears in "Master in the House." The "My Girlfriend is a Gumiho '' actor is now receiving expectations for his new role.
Details regarding the final drama cast for the forthcoming series are yet to be announced.
Lee Seung Gi's Reality Show 'New World' to Possibly Have Season 2
After his drama "Mouse," the "Brilliant Legacy" star continued to appear in the variety show "Master in the House."
In 2021, the actor also participated in Netflix's "New World" alongside EXO's Kai, Jo Bo Ah, Super Junior's Hee Chul, Park Na Rae, and Eun Ji Won.
Due to the program's unique concept, the show was able to enter Netflix's top 10 and ranked seventh on the streaming platform.
Viewers are also requesting for another season as they enjoyed watching the chemistry between the cast and the teamwork they have in finishing the game.
However, there is no confirmed announcement yet whether season 2 will happen because the celebrities are now busy with their solo commitments.
Meanwhile, "Love by Law" will meet the viewers this 2022. Fans and K-drama enthusiasts are also looking forward to Lee Seung Gi's next leading Lady.
In other news, Lee Seung Gi alongside Jang Do Yeon and Han Hye Jin hosted the recent 2021 SBS Entertainment Awards ceremony held in December 2021. The K-drama actor took home the Variety Star Award for his amazing show "Master in the House."
