Oh Jung Se to Possibly Join Lee Min Ho in New Drama ‘Ask the Stars’

Lee Min Ho, Gong Hyo Jin, and Oh Jung Se to Potentially Team Up for 'Ask the Stars'
Multiple K-media outlets announced on January 26 that "Jirisan" actor Oh Jung Se is reportedly in talks to star in Seo Sook Hyang's new work, "Ask the Stars."
In response to the news, Oh Jung Se's agency PrainTPC released a statement, confirming that the actor has received an offer and "Ask the Stars" is one of the projects he is still reviewing.
Sci-fi romantic-comedy series "Ask the Stars" tells the love story between a tourist and an astronaut who unexpectedly meet at a space station. Apart from its new concept, the drama is now gaining more attention because a huge amount of budget is allotted for it, specifically in building the space station set said to have an estimated cost of 40 billion krw.
After hiatus, it also marks writer Seo Sook Hyang's new project after penning "Wok of Love," "Pasta" and "Jealousy Incarnate" where she already worked with "It's Okay, That's Love" star.

In November 2021, K-drama hottie Lee Min Ho and "When the Camellia Blooms" actress Gong Hyo Jin were reported to lead the series.
Oh Jung Se Might Play as Space Experiment Expert
If Oh Jung See accepts the offer, he will take the role of Kang Kang Soo, a space experiment expert who has been working at the space station for ten months. He is smart and comes from a wealthy family. Many praise him for his hard work in researching for files needed in their experiment.
In addition, "Ask the Stars" might be the next drama for Gong Hyo Jin and Oh Jung Se following "When the Camellia Blooms" in 2019.
Meanwhile, Oh Jung Se concluded his action-adventure series "Jirisan," where he starred alongside Ju Ji Hoon, Jun Ji Hyun, Sung Dong Il, and Jo Han Chul.
The "It's Okay Not to Be Okay" actor currently stars in TV Chosun's drama "Uncle".
