While "All of Us Are Dead" has begun a new craze worldwide, viewers have mixed reactions in one particular scene.

The K-zombie series sparked a massive frenzy after the streaming giant officially released the 12-part episode series on January 28.

Following the much-awaited premiere, "All of Us Are Dead" took the number one spot in Netflix's top TV shows and ranked first in 25 countries, including India, Japan and Mexico.

With its breathtaking and, at the same time, eerie visuals and not to mention the impressive lineup of the cast, there's no denying that the zombie-themed Kdrama is the newest entertainment obsession.

Viewers were stunned to witness a surprising revelation in "All of Us Are Dead" episode 3.

It came after one of the students at Hyosan High School named Park Hee Su, played by Lee Chae Eun, went to visit the clinic because of what seems to be an upset stomach.

However, the nurse paid attention to Kim Hyeon Ju, portrayed by "Snowdrop" actress Jung Yi Seo, who was rushed to the infirmary due to her devastating condition.

Because all eyes were on her fellow student, Park Hee Su left the campus.

While at a public restroom, water dribbled down her legs and it turned out that she was pregnant and gave birth on her own.

According to Kstartrend, netizens pointed out that the scene was "overly detailed," condemning the K-series with "sensuality" issues.

While some expressed that the scene was unnecessary and unrelatable to the main characters, others noted that it was not even included in the original plot.

To recall, "All of Us Are Dead" is based on the popular webtoon titled "Now at Our School" created by Joo Dong Geun.

After Netflix revealed that it would be remade into a series, fans could help their excitement and look forward to the premiere.

In addition, what made "All of Us Are Dead" enticing is the cast lineup featuring a lot of newcomers and rising stars in the making.

Unfortunately, the issues didn't stop there, as some pointed out that the K-zombie series highlights too much violence and sexual assault.

In one of the episodes and before Hyosan High School turned into a zombie-infested campus, the bully, Yoon Gwi Nam, played by Yoo In Soo, asked the one female student, Min Eun Ji, to take off her clothes as they document it on video.

It featured the actress covering her breasts with her hands while wearing a school uniform skirt.

She agreed to participate after being threatened by the gang leader to send it to her friends and especially her mother.

Unfortunately, it sparked disapproval to some viewers noting the Kdrama illustrate sexual objectification to minor and should not be "portrayed like pornography."
