This Former Wanna One Member Joins Esom, Shin Eun Kyung in New Love Triangle Film ‘Starlight Falls’

On the fine morning of February 18, Esom, Shim Eun Kyung and former Wanna One member Ong Seong Wu were confirmed to lead the new coming-of-age romance drama film "Starlight Falls!"
Ong Seong Wu Joins Esom, Shim Eun Kyung in New Romance Film 'Starlight Falls'
Former Wanna One member Ong Seong Wu joins seasoned actresses Esom and Shim Eun Kyung in the forthcoming coming-of-age romance drama film "Starlight Falls."
The three stars were officially confirmed as the lead stars of the film on February 18. "Starlight Falls" is a nonlinear movie that switches back and forth between 1993 and the present day.

It centers around the romance story between a male student, played by Ong Seong Wu, and two female students who share the same name, both played by Esom and Shim Eun Kyung, who all meet for the first time in college.
Ong Seong Wu stars as Choi Kyung Woo, a Sokcho native who moves to Seoul for college. Due to the pain he experienced in his high school days, Choi Kyung Soo has a hard time softening his heart to other people.
Previously, Ong Seong Wu decorated the small screen with a coffee-filled drama "Would You Like a Cup of Coffee?" alongside veteran actor Park Ho San.

On the other hand, Esom takes on the role of Lee Hyun Jung, a confident young woman who charms his fellow students. When she and Choi Kyung Soo meet in a stargazing club, they soon develop feelings for one another.

Last but not the least, actress Shim Eun Kyung plays the role of the intelligent Lee Hyun Jung who is admitted to college at the top of her class.
She is a student who shares the same name with Esom's character but apart from that, they don't have a lot in common.
But the only similarities they have aside from their names is their feelings for Choi Kyung Soo. Lee Hyun Jung (Shim Eun Kyung) finds herself drawn to Choi Kyung Soo's mysterious personality.

Focus is given to rookie star Ong Seong Wu's chemistry with the two actresses Esom and Shim Eun Kyung, who'd been in the limelight for many years.
On the other hand, Yang Dong Geun also appears in the film as a CEO of a craft brewery where Choi Kyung Soo works at in the present day.
The new romance film "Starlight Falls" is scheduled to begin production and filming in April.
Ong Seong Wu New Films, Projects To Anticipate
Apart from his new film with Esom and Shim Eun Kyung, Ong Seong Wu has a slew of multiple projects in store for fans and viewers this 2022!
The rookie actor is set to appear in two new Netflix films "20th Century Girl" and "Seoul Vibe."
"20th Century Girl" is an upcoming coming-of-age romance film starring Kim Yoo Jung, Byun Woo Seok, Park Jung Woo and Noh Yoon Seon that depicts the stories of friendship and romances in the backdrop of 1999. Gong Myung and Han Hyo Joo will also appear in the film.

It is scheduled to air in the second half of 2022. Moreover, Ong Seong Wu widens his acting spectrum as he takes on an action-filled role in the Netflix film "Seoul Vibe" with Yoo Ah In, Go Kyung Pyo, Lee Kyu Hyung, Jung Woong In and more.
"Seoul Vibe" centers around the story of a group of baby drivers called "Sangedong Supreme Team" that initiates a car chase to unravel corrupt officials. It is set to meet the screen in the later half of 2022.
