In the photos, the main stars a.k.a 99ers appeared wearing blue scrubs and white lab coats in what seems like the set of the medical Kdrama.
Shortly after Kim Dae Myung, who took on the role of obstetrics and gynecology assistant professor Yang Seok Hyung posted another reunion photo.

Despite no official announcement from tvN or with PD Shin Won Ho, media outlets predicted that "Hospital Playlist" Season 3 might air in 2023.
If Kim Dae Myung and Jung Kyung Ho's Instagram post is indeed the production for its third sequel, most likely, tvN will air the follow-up season sometime next year, so fans should keep an eye out for more future updates.
