Jin Ha Kyung (Park Min Young) and Lee Si Woo's (Song Kang) secret relationship almost got caught by their colleague Shin Seok Ho (Moon Tae Yoo) in "Forecasting Love and Weather" episode 5.
'Forecasting Love and Weather' Episode 5: Um Dong Han Couldn't Focus at Work Because of Personal Problem
Someone in the past keeps on pestering Lee Si Woo. Jin Ha Kyung, on the other hand, suspectedt Lee Si Woo might still be in contact with his ex-girlfriend Cha Yu Jin (Yura).
Meanwhile, on their way to the office, Shin Seok Ho found his boss and the new young forecaster in the same car and the two panicked as they would be in trouble if Seok Ho found out about their secret relationship.
The team had a big problem after Um Dong Han (Lee Sung Wook) failed to monitor the weather because he was lost and problematic at work. He just home for his wife and child to have a peaceful life without him.

He kept on apologizing but Jin Ha Kyung felt frustrated as he did not do his job properly, without knowing the situation that Um Dong Han's was currently experiencing familial issues.
Han Ki Jun Confronts Lee Si Woo
Han Ki Jun (Yoon Park) still couldn't forget the lie of his wife Yu Jin about her past relationship with Lee Si Woo. When he saw both of them talking at work, he immediately confronted Lee Si Woo. But he was stunned by how the young forecaster mocked him. He was left speechless after hearing words from Si Woo.
Meanwhile, Team Two faced a problem because of Jin Ha Kyung's decision-making. She didn't realize the impact of her unsure decisions for the team, until her team members started to speak about how she managed the team.
Jin Ha Kyung Unexpectedly Meets Lee Si Woo in a Motel
Since then, she became more careful and considerate about her colleagues. Ha Kyung went to the search rescue and operation to check the casualties of the heavy rain that they failed to detect and left people clueless of the unstable weather.

She then met Um Dong Han who was busy monitoring the people searching for the missing workers due the heavy rain. Luckily, they found them and were still alive.
Han Ji Kyung and Um Dong Han had dinner together and somehow had a hint at the family affair of Dong Han. He got drunk and Ha Kyung didn't have any idea where Dong Han's house was. She decided to bring him first to the nearby motel and let him stay there for one night.
She was shocked to see Lee Si Woo leaving the motel. The two were surprised to see each other in an unexpected place.
