MBC entertainment program "Infinite Challenge" ranked as the number one, all time favorite TV show of Koreans for nine straight months.
According to Gallup Korea, a survey organization, as a result of asking 1124 Koreans above the age of 19 in all parts of Korea for four days, from November 18 to 21, 2013, "Infinite Challenge" ranked as the number one favorite TV program (survey takers could choose up to two TV programs), with 10.3%.
"Infinite Challenge" ranked the top for the tenth time this month since March. In October, the attention was concentrated due to the Infinite Challenge Music Festival, but in November, the attention died down a little and the percentage was similar to that of September.
The second all time favorite TV show and the first all time favorite drama of Koreans was MBC everyday drama "Aurora Princess." Although there are still controversies on the casted actors and actresses' sudden resignations from the drama, and their controversial lines, the unpredictable storyline and special settings of the drama is amassing high attention from women who are 60 years old or older (17%), and housewives (13%).
The third all time favorite TV show of Koreans was tvN's drama "Reply 1994," which recorded 5.7% from white collar women in their 20s and 30s.
The two shows from MBC "Sunday Night," "Where are you going, dad?" and "Real Man" ranked fourth (4.7%) and fifth (4.6%), and SBS Wednesday Thursday drama "Heirs" ranked seventh with 4.0%.
