Titled "Broker," episode 8 hints at the past life of Park Joon Gil and how he is still struggling because of one decision.

It came after Goo Ryeon, who was then a member of the Guiding Management Team headed by Park Goon Gil, asked him about the one thing that she was curious about. She said that she never gets to see the team leader sleep.

However, he answered with a smile and got honest, saying that he is afraid of sleeping because he keeps on recalling a horrible moment in the past.

The next scene then shows Goon Gil in his past life, full of sadness, rage, and despair.

The forthcoming episode will highlight why he despises people who commit suicide and the truth about him and Goo Ryon.

After catching up with Ye Han, Joon Wong revealed the reason he wanted to talk to her. He asked where she got the equipment to, which she mentioned from a group on social media.

With her revelation, Joon Woong believes that he could help others wanting to commit suicide by catching the culprit. He tells this to his team leader, but Goo Ryeon insist that they need to stick to the plan as a group.

However, he couldn't bear the thought that someone out there might die because of this person and planned to pretend to be someone who is about to kill himself and join the group.

Agreeing that they would end their life together, Joon Woong joined the team. He tried to convince others that it's still not too late, but only two ditched the plan to commit suicide.

He is left by a member who seems to be eager to do his plan. Unfortunately, he was caught up in a situation after he was beaten up by the guys who pretended to be among those who planned to commit suicide.

Instead, the guy is set to kill Joon Woong for suffocating him, just like what Shin Ye Han was about to do then.

Fortunately, Goo Ryen and Im Ryung Goo (Yun Ji On) rescued him.

After some discussion, he faces a tough decision - that is saving the criminal or letting him burn in hell.

It came after the suspect drank a poison, making him the Risk Management team's target person, which means that they had to save him from committing suicide.

From the looks of it, it seems like Joon Woong is determined not to help the suspect.

Thankfully Im Ryung Goo persuaded him and explained that he would have to pay for his sins while he was still alive.

In "Tomorrow" Episode 8, the suspect damaged his voice and was paralyzed, but his mind could still understand things around him.

Ryung Goo mentioned that it is much harder than burning in hell, which Joon Woong agreed to.
