‘Tomorrow’ Episode 11 Focuses on Kim Hee Sun, Lee Soo Hyuk’s Past
The upcoming episode of "Tomorrow," which stars Kim Hee Soo, SF9 Rowoon, Lee Soo Hyuk and Yun Ji On, will highlight the past of grim reapers.
The MBC K-drama follows the stories of angels of death who work under Jumandeung, headed by Kim Hae Sook's character, Emperor Jade.
The risk management team, led by Goo Ryeong (Kim Hee Sun), prevents people from committing suicide. On the other hand, her rival, Park Joong Gil (Lee Soo Hyuk), escorts the dead from the afterlife.
'Tomorrow' Episode 11 Spoilers
MBC released still cuts for "Tomorrow" episode 11, featuring Emperor Jade summoning Park Joong Gil and Soo Ryeon.
The teaser hints that the Jumadeung head will shed light on the duo's past.
In addition, the production team also gave hints for the upcoming episode.

As cited by Newsen, a representative revealed that "Starting from this week's broadcast, the narratives of the dead, such as Goo Ryeon, Park Jung Gil, and Im Ryung Goo, will be uncovered one after another, and the secrets of those who have been shrouded in mystery will be revealed."
Truth Behind the Grim Reapers' Dark Past
To recall, Goo Ryeon and Park Joong Gil used to be childhood sweethearts in their past life.
As seen in the previous episode, their town even had a ceremony for their soon-to-be marriage.
The flashback also featured Goo Ryeon committing suicide. This is probably why Park Joong Gil disdains people who commit suicide and thinks that they do not deserve a second chance.
As for Im Ryung Goo, he had a traumatic experience with death after he saw how her mother died because of suicide. Being young, he couldn't grasp the thought and struggled to recover from the tragic incident.
However, "Tomorrow" episode 10, hints that his mother was a victim of harassment. Based on the previous episode, Goo Ryeon warned the newbie grim reaper that the case is sensitive to Im Ryung Goo because it focuses on sexual assault.
With the grim reapers' past lives slowly being exposed, Park Joong Gil once confronted Goo Ryeon if they knew each other from the past. He says that he kept seeing her in his dreams but Go Ryeon lied.
It seems like part of their memories was erased once they became a grim reaper. However, that is not the case for Choi Joon Woong, played by SF9 Rowoon.
Since his soul is in limbo, meaning he is half alive and half dead, he can still remember who he was, his family, and what he did in his past life.
"Tomorrow" episode 11 is scheduled to air on May 6 via tvN and Netflix.
