Hwang In Yeop's Heart Shatters After Learning Something About Seo Hyun Jin
As the much anticipated K-Drama "Why Her?" (previously referred to as "Why Oh Soo Jae?") starring Hwang In Yeop and Seo Hyun Jin shared an exclusive sneak peek!
"Why Her?" is a mystery romance drama which tells the story of a coldhearted lawyer and a law student who unexpectedly fall in love.
Seo Hyun Jin plays the role of Oh Soo Jae, a lawyer who only wants to succeed in life. Hwang In Yeop takes on the role of Gong Chan, a law student who will do anything to protect her.
On Wednesday, May 18, SBS TV released its latest drama teaser, revealing the two lead characters' connection.

The teaser begins as a young Gong Chan runs in the pouring rain, desperately shouting for help.
Instead of being applauded for trying to help a woman in danger, he gets accused of a crime. Because of this, Gong Chan's perspective of the world turns sour.

Then young Oh Soo Jae appears before him, telling him how he believes his innocence. Despite Oh Soo Jae's hostile attitude, Gong Chan found comfort in her.
After 10 long years, Gong Chan reunites with Oh Soo Jae. When he was about to tell her how much he missed her, Gong Chan's heart shattered after she said, "I don't trust anyone but me."
This tears Gong Chan, refusing to accept what he just heard. In the next clip, the reason why Oh Soo Jae had gone cold and ruthless is shown.
According to her, she'll die if she doesn't toughen up, especially in the field of law and justice. However, Gong Chan doesn't want to give up to woo the person who trusted him when he was in his darkest time.
The teaser ends when the administrators ask Gong Chan about why he wants to become a lawyer. He answers, "There's someone I really want to find."
Apart from the two characters' past, the chemistry and their blooming friendship are also adding to the intense anticipation of the public.

On the other hand, Seo Hyun Jin teams up with Ahn Sung Ki in the upcoming drama film about Alzheimer's disease, entitled "Cassiopeia." It will be released theatrically on June 1, 2022.
