'Eve' Episode 2 Recap: Seo Ye Ji Begins Her Revenge Against Park Byung Eun's Family

'Eve' Viewership Rating
In a report, Nielsen Korea cited taht the the newest Wednesday and Thursday Kdrama garnered a modest increase of 3.7 percent for its nationwide viewership rating.
To recall, the premiere is off to a good start with 3.6 percent, which is the same rating as the finale of the previous drama "The Killer's Shopping List" starring Lee Kwang Soo.
'Eve' Episode 2 Highlights: Seo Eun Pyung In Search for Lee Ra El
After years of waiting, finally, the revenge-driven woman, Lee Ra El (Seo Ye Ji) has begun her most awaited vengeance against the family of Han Pan Ro (Jeon Gook Hwan.)
He is the chaebol who was behind her family's misery after murdering his father to cover up his wrongdoings.

The episode starts with Seo Eun Pyung (Lee Sang Yeob) receiving an unexpected gift from Lee Ra El.
The scene is followed by a flashback during her teens after witnessing how Kim Jung Cheol (Jung Hae Kyun) , one of Chairman Han's men kidnapped her father and beat him up to death.
It was Seo Eun Pyung who saved Lee Ra El and her mom from danger; unfortunately, her father died unjustly.
Lee Ra El's father, Lee Tae Joon (Jo Duk Hyun), is considered a well-known person in the IT industry. Han Pa Ro and his men arranged his death as a suicide to cover up their crime.
Seo Eun Pyung, a human rights lawyer, helped Lee Ra El flee and escape South Korea.
Years later, he thinks that she is back and set to avenge her father.
In the present time, Lee Ra El is living with her new identity as Kim Sun Bin.
In "Eve" episode 2, she gets close with CEO Kang Yoon Gyeom (Park Byung Eun) through her daughter Bo Ram and his daughter Kang Da Bi.
Since they went from the same prestigious kindergarten, the two became Lee Ra El's instrument to connect with her target.
After seeing the intimate moment with Lee Ra El and her husband, Kang Yoon Gyeom couldn't get his mind off the woman and was enchanted by her beauty.
For Lee Ra El, her hard work and waiting seem to be paying off.
He has been waiting for this day to ruin the family who killed her father.
On the other hand, Kang Yoon Gyeom is swept up by Ra El's beauty and even thinks about her even though he is beside his wife, Kang So Ra (Yoo Sun.)

As noted by an outlet, "Eve" episode 3 will have a lower classification from R-19 to R-15.
