Seo Ye Ji's new drama began with a surprising start as Kang Yoon Gyeom was hit by a scandal involving a third party. It was during his press conference regarding the conglomerate's achievement. The media wanted to get his reaction but chose not to talk about it.

Meanwhile, his wife, Han So Ra, was furious and wanted to do damage control by preventing the news from spreading like wildfire.

As for the revengeful Lee Ra El, "Eve" episode 1 featured her dark past involving her family. It turned out that the person behind his father's death was Han So Ra's father and his men.

Moreover, the pilot episode also featured Lee Ra El's connection with human rights lawyer Seo Eun Pyung, played by Lee Sang Yeob, and how he played a big part in her survival.

"Eve" episode 2 will air on June 2 via tvN.
