tvN's new revenge K-drama "Eve" and lead star Seo Ye Ji prove their dominance in Buzzworthy Drama and Actor rankings despite the controversy.
Good Data Corporation shared the updated list of stars and actors who generated the most buzz for the entire week.
The chart for the first week of June is based on the data from blog posts, news articles, online communities, and social media about the actors and dramas that are currently airing or soon to be released.
'Our Blues' Ascends to Top Spot + 'Eve' Entered at Third Place
Four new K-dramas made it to the current list while "Our Blues" regained its reign after the tvN series climbed to first place with 20.92 points.
Interestingly, the omnibus-style series is followed by the mystery romance "Why Her?" garnering 18.16 points.
Meanwhile, Seo Ye Ji's new drama "Eve" lands in third place amid the controversy involving the drama.
To recall, the first two episodes were released with R19+ due to intimate scenes between the characters.
Some viewers were disappointed by this, noting that the mature scenes were "too excessive" and "unnecessary" to the storyline.
As the Kdrama heads onto its fourth episode, tvN shared that it will be back to R19+ again due to some scenes.

Adding to the list of new dramas that entered the weekly rankings is the JTBC comedy crime series "Cleaning Up" in fifth place, followed by So Ji Sub's "Doctor Lawyer" in sixth place.
