'Alchemy of Souls' Episode 6: Jealousy Drives Jang Uk Crazy
In "Alchemy of Souls" episode 6, Jang Uk (Lee Jae Wook) takes his mage training more seriously than ever.
Jung So Min
During their stay at Danhyanggok, his good friends Seo Yul (Hwang Minhyun) and Park Dang Gu (Yoo In Soo) pay him and Mu Deok (Jung So Min) a visit.
However, a strange feeling creeps in his heart as he watches Mu Deok grow closer to Seo Yul. The former teaches Seo Yul how to cook rice, food and more, making Jang Uk jealous.

When Mu Deok compliments Seo Yul as a very diligent student, Jang Uk's motivation to start his own training spikes up.
On the other hand, Seo Yul becomes more convinced that his old friend Naksu truly soul shifted into Mu Deok after she talks about the things that Seo Yul already knew before.

Jang Uk Turns Down Jin Family's Proposal
In order to make Jang Uk the next leader without having bad blood with the royal family, the Jin family comes up with a plan: let Jang Uk marry their beloved daughter Jin Cho Yeon (Oh My Girl Arin).
When Jang Uk hears about the engagement, he quickly returns to Songrim to cancel the engagement and even tells his trusted maidservant that he's in love with someone else.
However, the Jin family doesn't want to call the wedding off for the second time around, especially when Jin Cho Yeon wishes to marry the young master.
Jung So Min, Oh My Girl Arin
Determined to remove Mu Deok from Jang Uk's life, Jin Cho Yeon orders her to bring the jade stone to her home and accuse her of breaking it.
Tables turn when Mu Deok disappears. The four families of Daeho, as well as the Crown Prince, gather at the Jin abode to look for Mu Deok, who has been trapped inside a suspicious mirror in Jinyowon, a place where artifacts and relics were placed.
