Blue Dragon Series Awards 2022 Winners: ‘DP,’ Lee Jung Jae, Kim Go Eun Bag Major Awards
Blue Dragon Series Awards 2022 successfully slated the first ever ceremony honoring K-contents and shows released on various platforms such as Netflix, Disney+, seezn, WATCHA, Apple TV+, Kakao TV, Coupang Play, wavve, and TVING.
Stars lit up the red carpet with their dazzling and dashing looks flaunting their charm.

Jung Hae In, Goo Kyo Hwan, and Ahn Bo Hyun opted for the classic black tuxedo while Lee Jung Jae chose to strut the red carpet with a silver gray tuxedo.
Meanwhile, Girls' Generation's YoonA, Roh Jeong Eui, and "All of Us Are Dead" stars Cho Yi Hyun and Park Ji Hu stunned the crowd with their stunning white ensembles.
Hosted by Girls' Generation's YoonA and Jun Hyun Moo, the ceremony took place on July 19, 7 pm KST at Paradise City in Incheon.
The first award was given to Goo Kyo Hwan for winning Best New Actor for his performance in Netflix's "D.P" while his counterpart, the Best New Actress for this year's 1st Blue Dragon Series Awards was given to Jung Ho Yeon for her portrayal of Kang Sae Byeok in "Squid Game."
Meanwhile, EXO's Kai and "SNL's" Joo Hyun Young took home Best New Entertainers at the Blue Dragon Series Awards 2022.
Interestingly, #NewWorldStarKAI and #CongratulationsKai became trending topics on Twitter as the South Korean heartthrob accepted the award.
As for the major awards, Netflix's "D.P" took home the Best Drama Award and was accepted by director Han Jun Hee.
Another most-awaited award is Best Actor which went to none other than Lee Jung Jae of "Squid Game" for his impressive portrayal of debt-ridden Song Gi Hoon a.k.a player number 456.
Meanwhile, Kim Go Eun, seemed surprised after the presenter called her name as the winner of Best Actress at the 1st Blue Dragon Series Awards.

During her acceptance speech, the actress expressed her gratitude for choosing her to play the titular character of Yumi adding "I sincerely thank the actors and staff, including Ahn Bo Hyun and Park Jin Young, who worked with me."
