'Adamas' Episode 8 Recap: Chairman Kwon's Son Orders Execution of Song Soo Hyun & Kim Seo Hee
As Haesong Group of Company gears up for the 80th ceremony which will be the inauguration of the new chairman and the retirement of Chairman Kwon, his son, Kwon Hyun Jo wanted things to go smoothly and ordered Team A's second-in-command, manager Jung to get rid of the prosecutor and the journalist.
This is to prevent their secret from getting exposed, especially involving Lee Chang Woo's case.
At Song Soo Hyun's house, Prosecutor investigator Kong Dae Chul visited him to ask about the evidence for the Lee Chang Woo case.
However, he was surprised to see an unexpected visitor, Team A's ace member, Yoo Seon. After being tortured, the notorious team A member decides to give Song Soo Hyun a present.
At the grave of his father, Song Soo Hyun with SIH member Mr. Baek learned that Team A manipulated the victim's body which could be used for the case; thankfully, Ha Woo Shin was able to think ahead and switch their bodies.
With this, Song Soo Hyun and Mr. Baek were confident that they still have the evidence against the Haesong group.

Unfortunately, things went south after Song Soo Hyun saw the lifeless body of Prosecutor investigator Kong Dae Chul.
Devastated by the loss of his friend and trusted colleague, Prosecutor Song received a phone call from a woman identified as Sun. Following this, a massive car explosion hit the two.
Ha Woo Shin Uses Ms. Kwon's Weakness
Through the information revealed by the head maid, Ha Woo Shin planted a scenario to trigger Ms. Kwon. He drafted a story that revolves around Ms. Kwon's relationship with the chairman and the tragic death of her son.
Upon reading this, Ms. Kwon got furious and had a one-on-one conversation with Ha Woo Shin. However, the writer seemed unfazed by Ms. Kwon's warning instead, he got curious about Ms. Kwon's deep affection for her master, which made her think that the death might not be an accident but a murder.
Will Song Soo Hyun Survive the Car Explosion?
After police were alerted regarding the incident, SIH was notified that two were killed and one is critical at the hospital.
In the scene, Song Soo Hyun was seen being revived by the doctors. In the latter part, police were writing a report with a note that says "the unidentified survivor was taken to the hospital but died" stimulating the viewers' curiosity about whether it was the prosecutor.
Lee Chang Woo's True Identity
In "Adamas" episode 8, Ha Woo Shin was curious as to why Haesong is keeping Lee Chang Woo alive.
However, in the last scene, it featured him being detained in a maximum security prison. He called the guard, whom he knew who works under Team A, and calls Mr. Lee.
"Go and tell Mr. Lee that his senior wants to see him," he said, hinting that Lee Chang Woo used to be Team A's person in common.
