After ending her two-year relationship with Lee Min Ho in 2017, Bae Suzy dated the equally handsome Lee Dong Wook in March 2018. At the time, reports said that the duo met at a private gathering and started to know each other.

Their agencies, King Kong by Starship and JYP Entertainment, confirmed the dating news and revealed that Bae Suzy and Lee Dong Wook were indeed in a relationship, adding that the couple was in the early stages of their romance.

Following the confirmation of their relationship, Bae Suzy's previous interview about his ideal man resurfaced. It came after the "Vagabond" star named the Hallyu actor as her ideal type.

After four months, fans were surprised their agencies confirmed that the duo officially called it quits in June 2018.

Due to their short-lived romance, Bae Suzy was labeled as the "Korean version of Taylor Swift" for being a "serial dater."
