It's official! WJSN's Bona is teaming up with South Korean heartthrobs Woo Do Hwan and VIXX's Cha Hak Yeon in the upcoming MBC drama "Joseon Attorney" (working title).
The historical-legal drama depicts the story of an attorney in the Joseon Dynasty also called oejibu. He takes revenge on a person who caused the death of his parents through a trial.

Woo Do Hwan is returning to the small screen after he finished his mandatory military service on January 5 this year.
As an established actor, he solidified his career by making strong impressions in his previous dramas, such as "Save Me," "Mad Dog," "Tempted," and more.
He also gained recognition when he starred in the fantasy-romance series "The King: Eternal Monarch" in 2020 with Kim Go Eun and Lee Min Ho.

For his drama comeback, Woo Do Hwan is chosen to portray the character of Kang Han Soo, a lawyer with great charms.

Completing the lineup is VIXX member and actor Cha Hak Yeon. He made his presence known through multiple dramas, such as "Cheer Up!" "Mine," and "Bad and Crazy."
In "Joseon Lawyer," he takes the role of Yoo Ji Seon, a judge at Hangseongbu and the third-generation only son of the most prestigious clan in the Joseon Dynasty. He strives hard for fair judgment and has a goal but is having a hard time to fulfill it due to the gap between his ideals and reality.
Expectations increase for this forthcoming series as it is composed of fresh and talented stars.
Since the lead cast members are already confirmed, the filming production might start soon.
"Joseon Attorney" is tentatively scheduled to premiere in the last quarter of 2022 or the first half of 2023.
