'Poong, the Joseon Psychiatrist' Episode 9: Kim Min Jae Taken Aback by Kim Hyang Gi's Revelation
"Poong, the Joseon Psychiatrist" episode 9 featured how Kim Hyang Gi did not shy away from expressing her true feelings to Kim Min Jae. It comes after the duo encountered two lovers who were forbidden from their relationship because of status.

'Poong, the Joseon Psychiatrist' Episode 9: Yoo Se Poong Teams Up With Royal Inspector Jo Shin Woo
Following the plague that almost killed several people in Sorak, the royal inspector was thankful to Yoon Se Poong for saving his life despite them being rivals.
During the confrontation, Yoo Se Poong asked Jo Shin Woo about the planned assassination of him. The young physician thinks that it was the second state counselor but the royal inspector kept tight-lipped about it.
Instead, he warned him that some of the influential people at the palace wanted him dead.
Moreover, Yoo Se Poong assumed that it had something to do with the death of the King.
Yoo Se Poong Plans to Return to Hanyang
Determined to uncover the truth and clear his family's name, Yoo Se Poong planned on returning to Hanyang; however, physician Kye Ji Han stopped him from his journey and said that he will not only be in danger but also the lives of the people at Sorak.
Kye Ji Han then explained the connection between the second state counselor and the poisonous plant which they call dansacho.
Yoo Se Poong's father, Kye Ji Han, and the second state counselor Jo Tae Hak were the only ones who knew about the poisonous plant. It came after Jo Tae Hak was blinded by power and killed their mentor. Moreover, they also destroyed every book and research regarding the dansacho.
Years later, rumors sparked that it was the plant used to kill the late King.
With this, Kye Ji Han warned Yoo Se Poong not to go to Hanyang but the young physician insisted.
Lady Seo Eun Woo Attacked by Thief
After knowing that Yoo Se Poong is preparing for his trip to Hanyang, Lady Seo Eun Woo was saddened to hear about this and did everything to delay his departure.

As Eun Woo guides Lady Seo Eun to express her feelings to the moon, with hopes that the god would hear her prayers, she confessed to Yoo Se Poong.
She tells him that she doesn't want him to go but Yoo Se Poong promised to return to Eun Woo.
