Actresses Kim Bo-ra and Lee Soo-hyun continue to prove that their friendship is unbreakable as they pay tribute to their close friend Kim Sae-ron's sudden passing with an emotional social media post.

On May 12, Kim Bo-ra reposted a photo originally uploaded by Lee Soo-hyun on Instagram.
The image showed Soo-hyun blowing dandelion seeds, accompanied by a single-word caption from Bo-ra: "Always," paired with a clasped hands emoji.
The simplicity of the post, coupled with its emotional weight, drew renewed attention to the trio's well-known bond.
"We've been close for about four or five years," Lee Soo-hyun previously said during a 2021 appearance on JTBC's variety show Long Live Independence. "Kim Sae-ron, Kim Bo-ra, and I meet often without planning. We're so close that we share house passcodes in our group chat."

She fondly recalled their roles in their tight-knit friendship, saying, "When they come to my place, Bo-ra unnie cleans and sorts the recycling, Kim Sae-ron cooks... and I just laze around like a grasshopper."
Tragically, only two members of that friendship remain. Kim Sae-ron was found deceased in her home in Seongdong-gu, Seoul, in February.
At her funeral, Kim Bo-ra sent a condolence wreath bearing the message, "Let's meet again," while Lee Soo-hyun was seen in tears, mourning the loss alongside friends and family.
On July 2, Soo-hyun posted another message, this time addressed to her dog, Jjomae, who also recently passed away.
"Jjomae-ya, I hope you're running around with a healthy body now," she wrote. "Make lots of friends and have so much fun that you don't notice time passing — until we meet again. I'll miss you so much. I love you, my baby."
The message, accompanied by a photo of Jjomae, resonated with followers who had already been concerned about Soo-hyun's well-being.
Fellow singer Harim, who developed a close friendship with Soo-hyun through the music show Begin Again, also expressed his concern.
"Soo-hyun appeared in my dream," he wrote. "We had a long conversation somewhere with a great city view. I think I dreamt of her because I had been deeply worried about her after everything she's gone through recently."
Lee Soo-hyun replied with gratitude. "The most precious memories and people in my life," she commented. "Even without words, I can feel it all — but thank you for saying it.
The feeling of missing 'Ha-booji' [Harim] is already giving me the strength I need."
Kim Bo-ra, known for her roles in SKY Castle and The Ghost, recently finalized a divorce from director Jo Ba-reun less than a year after their June 2024 wedding.
Lee Soo-hyun, formerly part of the sibling duo AKMU, has been continuing solo activities while promoting the group's recent releases.
Fans have praised the pair's strength and sincerity, calling their tributes to Sae-ron and Jjomae "beautiful," "raw," and "healing."
"Friendship like this is rare," one fan wrote on Instagram. "It hurts, but it's also heartwarming."
