'If You Wish Upon Me' Episode 7: Yoon Gyeo Rye Confesses To Seo Yeon Joo
Seo Yeon Joo was looking for Kang Tae Sik (Sung Dong Il). Dr. Yang (Shin Joo Hwan) told her that Mr. Kang went hiking to make traps against wild boars in the mountains.
Later on, Yoon Gyeo Rye was looking for Yeon Joo. He found out that she followed Mr. Kang into the mountains. He got worried and went out to search for her under the heavy rain.

Choi Deok Ja (Gil Hae Yeon), who does volunteer work at the Woori Hospice Hospital, was revealed to have an illness. She got home, but realized someone was following her. It was Hwang Cha Young (Yoo Soon Woong), also a volunteer.
She asked him why he followed her. Mr. Hwang then showed her their old photos together as husband and wife. There were also notes and letters that reminded Mrs. Choi that Mr. Hwang was her husband.
Mrs. Choi has amnesia, and the only thing she can't remember is Mr. Hwang.

Nurse Seo accidentally heard their conversation and got emotional as well.
