Hwang Minhyun To Possibly Work With Kim So Hyun in His Next Drama
Former NU'EST member Hwang Minhyun is courted to lead the upcoming K-drama "Useless Lies," where he might team up with Kim So Hyun.
According to SportsWorld on September 21, the idol-actor's agency, Pledis Entertainment confirmed that Minhyun received the offer to play the male protagonist of the series. In addition, he is positively considering the project.

"Useless Lies" revolves around a story about a woman who has the ability to hear lies and a man who refuses to lie.
If Hwang Minhyun accepts the offer, he will portray the character of Kim Do Ha, the current best-selling composer, and producer in Korea.
Opposite him is award-winning actress Kim So Hyun, who is also courted to lead the series. She is considering playing the role of Mok Sol Hee, a woman who gives up her happiness in life with the ability to hear lies from an early age. She then meets Kim Do Ha and falls into new troubles.
Once Kim So Hyun confirms her appearance, this marks her small screen comeback after "Love Alarm 2" and "River Where the Moon Rises" in 2021.

Interestingly, "My Roommate is a Gumiho" and "Love in Contract" director Nam Sung Woo will helm the upcoming K-drama.
