Song Joong Ki To Work With Idol-Actress BIBI in New Noir Film 'Hwaran'
According to a media outlet on September 23, Korean star BIBI was reported to star in the forthcoming movie "Hwaran" along with Song Joong Ki. A few hours later on the same day, the film distributor Megabox Plus M announced that BIBI is confirmed to appear in the said movie.
The noir film "Hwaran" follows the story of precarious characters who make dangerous decisions to escape the cruel reality. Meanwhile, other cast members are yet to be announced.
Additionally, Sanai Pictures and HISTORY D&C are expected to join forces to produce "Hwaran."
Also, this will be Song Joong Ki and BIBI's first onscreen project.
BIBI Declines To Star in 'Sweet Home'
Prior to this project, BIBI was announced to star in the soon-to-release sequel of the famous Netflix series "Sweet Home" alongside Song Kang. However, just a week after the announcement, the singer-actress stepped down from the drama because of scheduling conflicts.
Furthermore, BIBI is receiving more scripts which can open new doors for her acting career. She is in discussion to join the cast of Disney+'s new series "The Worst Evil," where Ji Chang Wook and Wi Ha Joon also offered to star.
