Hyun Bin burst into laughter after a fan showcased a surprising confession during his stage greeting for the movie "Confidential Assignment 2."

The Hallyu star never fails to amaze the crowd with his undeniable charm and because of it, a brave fan confessed her true feelings in a funny and creative way which instantly caught the actor's attention.

According to reports, Hyun Bin was joined by his co-stars as they met viewers for a stage greeting at CGV Theater in Suwon.

As the 40-year-old top star introduced himself, he could not hold back his laughter after seeing a fan holding a placard.

What caught Hyun Bin's attention was the message that says "My father is 41 years old. Dad, I'm sorry. I like Hyun Bin" which instantly made the actor laugh out loud.

Apart from the Hallyu star, his "Confidential Assignment 2" co-star Yoo Hae Jin had the same reaction and couldn't hide his laughter after seeing the placard.

The soon-to-be father and Son Ye Jin's wife was born on September 25, 1982, which makes him 40 years old.

However, because of his good looks, stunning physique, and effortless charm, Hyun Bin could still pass as someone who is around in his 30s.

"Confidential Assignment 2" had its theatrical release on September 7 and has been getting positive and overwhelming responses from critics and viewers.

After five days since the film's debut, the sequel surpassed 2 million moviegoers which is twice the speed of its 2017 prequel.

Interestingly, as "Confidential Assignment 2" continued to soar at the Korean box office, the Korean Film Council announced that the much-awaited sequel achieved another milestone after officially surpassing 5 million viewers in just three weeks since it had its theatrical release.

To celebrate the 5 million mark, "Confidential Assignment 2" cast Hyun Bin, Daniel Henney, Yoo Hae Jin, Girls' Generation's YoonA, Jin Sun Kyu along with director Lee Seok Hoon gathered as they posed for a group photo.

Hyun Bin Talks About Reprising his Role in 'Confidential Assignment 2' and Playing North Korean Soldier Roles

"Confidential Assignment 2" is a sequel to the 2017 film which stars Hyun Bin and Yoo Hae Jin.

Hyun Bin returns as the North Korean detective named Rim Chul Ryung, who is back in South Korea as he teams up with detective Kang Jin Tae, played by Yoo Hae Jin.

Interestingly, the dynamic duo is joined by the dashing FBI agent named Jack, played by Daniel Henney.

Amid the secret mission, Jack and Rim Chul Ryung are caught up in a complicated love triangle with Park Min Young, played by Girls' Generation's YoonA.

In an interview, Hyun Bin talks about seeing familiar faces in the sequel and shared that he would love to participate in the sequel "if the [original] cast members all returned" when he heard that "Confidential Assignment 2" will be produced.

Playing North Korean in the movie is not something new to Hyun Bin. as we all know he played an elite North Korean soldier in "Crash Landing on You" which made viewers think that he mastered the dialect and vocabulary.

"I learned North Korean for about three months for 'Confidential Assignment 2,'" he said, adding that it is slightly different from his role in the K-drama with Son Ye Jin.
