Park Chanyeol Meets Fans Through 'Invitation From Chanyeol' Live Stream

On September 28, EXO's Chanyeol finally finished his service in the military. EXO-Ls rejoiced as they are about to see more of their favorite idol with new projects since he already enlisted in the army.

As he is also eager to see his fans, Chanyeol had his first live stream "Invitation from Chanyeol." He greeted his beloved EXO-Ls and Yeolmaes' (Chanyeol's individual fandom).

During the broadcast, the "Memories of Alhambra" actor also shared what it was like to be in the military as well as the most memorable moments he had throughout his journey inside the army.

Park Chanyeol Shares Memorable Journey In the Military

Like other male Koreans who will be serving in the military, Chanyeol also experienced the burning desire to do as much as possible before his discharge. According to him, before he entered the training camp, the EXO main rapper was full of fear and worry. He revealed he couldn't even bring himself to walk into the building that easily.

"When I was already at the training center, I couldn't go inside. I kept going round and round nearby about five times. I went inside as if I was dropped from the sky for a bungee jump," Chanyeol jokingly said.

Fortunately, after days of stay, Chanyeol quickly adjusted to military life, and made the most of his time inside, leaving a trail of numerous achievements.

When he started reading the fans' questions, Chanyeol realized that EXO-Ls were most curious about his journey to becoming part of the special forces.

How Did Chanyeol Acquire the 'Special Warrior' Badge?

Originally, Chanyeol had no intention to join the special forces; he simply observed their training.

However, he then noticed that almost everything that the special forces were doing were skills he had already learned while he was still in the recruit training battalion, so he decided to give it a try.

Chanyeol was able to join and was placed at the special force level during the physical exam. His impressive skills will blow your mind!

According to sources, he underwent various tests, and he did not just pass but excelled in them.

In one of the radio shows he went to, Chanyeol shared that he had to excel in stamina tests, first aid, CBR training (Chemical/Biological/Radioactive Weapons Destruction), and shooting tests.

With all his hard work and outstanding skills, he was able to acquire the "special warrior" badge and tag rewarded by the Republic of Korean Forces.
