Kim Go Eun Boasts Idol-Like Skills in Recent Fan Meeting

The "Little Women" actress Kim Go Eun successfully wrapped up her 10th debut anniversary fan meeting which was full of surprises and excitement!

On October 15, Kim Go Eun held her first ever offline fan meet after five years in Seoul entitled "Come In Closer." The event sold out all seats during the first day of ticketing selling, signifying the actress' success and popularity.

"Come In Closer" lasted for three hours and 20 minutes and consisted of fun activities that brought Kim Go Eun and her loving fans closer together.

Kim Go Eun prepared several singing numbers for fans including her song covers of Sam Smith's "I'm Not The Only One."

However, the surprise that raised fans' excitement was the actress' drastic transformation into a legendary idol, performing a hit song.

Kim Go Eun exerted extra efforts in preparing a surprise dance cover of New Jeans' "Hype Boy," a song that was most requested by fans. She boasted her incredible dancing skills, despite being shy at first.

Without a doubt, the actress owned the song, as if she also debuted as an idol. With her amazing dancing prowess, Kim Go Eun filled the event hall with loud cheers.

Even more so, the actress showed her dedication through a video recording of her hard work, practicing the choreography day and night.

In addition to that, Kim Go Eun also sang Lee So Ra's "Don't Say It's Not Love" and Lady Gaga's "I'll Never Love Again."

Kim Go Eun Looks Back At 10-Year Journey As Actress

In one segment of her fan meeting, Kim Go Eun and her beloved fans looked back at the actress' impressive filmography, boasting 10 years of awesomeness.

The event hall was filled with familiar faces including the co-stars and amazing directors who have been with her on her journey as an actress.

Director Jung Ji Woo, who has worked with Kim Go Eun in her debut film "A Muse" and second romance film "Tune In For Love," congratulated her on her milestone.

Gong Yoo, best friend BLACKPINK Rosé, Lee Min Ho, Jung Hae In, Park Ji Hoo, GOT7 Jinyoung, Ahn Bo Hyun and more made time to greet Kim Go Eun through a video letter, expressing their support.

Lee Sang Yi and Ahn Eun Jin, Kim Go Eun's fellow actors and classmates at Korea National University of Arts also made a video greeting, cosplaying as Kim Shin and Ji Eun Tak of "Goblin."

Kim Go Eun broke down in tears as she received immense love and support from stars who are dear to her.

The actress expressed her gratitude to her beloved friends and fans by saying, "I've been in the industry for 10 years already but because of people who support and love me, I was able to greet everyone with great works."

Moreover, Kim Go Eun is currently preparing for her upcoming silver screen comeback with "Hero," which is scheduled to be released in the early part of 2023.
