'Blind' Episode 10: Ryu Sung Joon Figures Out Motive of Joker Murder Case's Culprit
Ryu Sung Hoon, who was one of the members of the five boys of the Hope Welfare tragedy, was identified as well as the connection between the jury and the incident 20 years ago.
Detective Ryu Sung Joon (Ok Taecyeon), who found out that Baek Ji Eun (Oh Se Young) and Yeom Hye Jin (Baek Seung Hee) were killed at the Hope Welfare Center, went straight there. He recalled the old memories of encountering Jung Yoon Jae in a familiar place, in which he started to question his identity.
Jurors Related To Hope Welfare
Meanwhile, jurors Charles (Oh Seung Yoon), Bae Chul Ho (Cho Seung Yeon), and Kwon Kyung Ja (Choi Ji Yeon) were all found to be related to Hope Welfare. It became clearer that the motive for the crime was revenge for an incident that happened 20 years ago.
As the investigation continued, the news spread that Jung Yoon Jae, the 13th boy of Hope Welfare and the real culprit of the Joker Murder, died, leaving Sung Joon's identity and the truth of the incident in mystery.
Sung Joon roughly recalled the voice of his brother Ryu Sung Hoon, who called him Yoon Jae and fell into confusion due to mounting questions. After he regained his memory of Sung Hoon, the detective became more nervous about his brother's strange behavior.

The detective met Cho In Sook (Cho Yeon Hee), a nurse at the Hope Welfare Center in the past. He received information about boys No. 11 and No. 12 and raised awareness by conveying that the criminal was targeting those involved in the Hope Welfare incident.
Ryu Sung Hoon Abducts Jo Eun Ki
Jo Eun Ki was in search of a nun who knew about Jung Yoon Jae's brother and sister. However, she was shocked when someone in a black raincoat appeared and tried to hurt her. Sung Joon immediately followed where Eun Ki but couldn't find her at the said place.
He saw a photo and figured out that the adopted kid from HWC was Sung Hoon and not him. It was also revealed that boy No. 11, who was with Yoon Jae until his death, was his beloved brother.
Jo Eun Ki realized that the guy who attacked her was Ryu Sung Hoon.
Speculations began to arise about whether Judge Sung Hoon is the one who planned the Joker Murder.
