After her back-to-back success as a television actress, Cho Yi Hyun is finally making her silver screen debut with the romance film "Ditto."
Because she has lots of romance works despite being in the limelight for a short period of time, Cho Yi Hyun's romantic history has attracted a lot of attention.
Cho Yi Hyun has never been seen going out with anyone in public. In fact, the actress doesn't intend to date as she's currently focused on her acting career.
However, she doesn't close the door of her heart if the right person comes. Cho Yi Hyun only has one rule when it comes to dating, it's never to date a friend.
"Dating a male friend is betrayal, I can never do that," Cho Yi Hyun stated. "I need time to get to know a person before I fall in love with them, but I won't ever date a friend. Friendship is much stronger than love."

According to the actress, if she sees someone as a friend, she would never entertain his "advances" and "hints." Cho Yi Hyun added, "It will break our friendship. If we choose to be with each other, we're more likely to become strangers again after breaking up."
Because of this, she would rather meet a person and get to know him with the intention to date; not to be friends first and be each other's partner in the long run.
Cho Yi Hyun Headlines Romance Film That Transcends Time
This fall, Cho Yi Hyun and Yeo Jin Goo take viewers to a nostalgic and heart-fluttering journey as they take on the challenge to remake the classic film "Ditto."
In the movie, Cho Yi Hyun and Yeo Jin Goo transform into young adults who happen to find each other through a walkie talkie despite being in different generations.
Cho Yi Hyun plays the role of Mu Nee, a college student in 2022 while Yeo Jin Goo portrays Kim Yong, a young man from the '90s.
"Ditto" is a romance film that will bring hearts closer to deliver a beautiful story to viewers as it transcends generations. Catch "Ditto" in theaters nationwide on November 16!
