It may take a few days-even weeks-longer for Park Yoochun's upcoming drama to begin shooting. It was due to begin airing on Feb. 24, 2014 but now there is no set date for its first episode.

An SBS affiliate said that it would not be possible for the drama to begin that day, but no explanation was given for the delay.

It's not a matter of casting as the cast has been complete for a while, with the participation of Park Yoochun, Park Ha Sun, Son Hyun Joo, Yoon Jae Moon and Jang Hyun Sung confirmed early on. The action thriller revolves around the disappearance of President Lee Dong Hwi, played by Son Hyun Joo, who previously appeared in "Empire of Gold." When the president is visiting his vacation villa, he is kidnapped and disappears.

Park Yoochun, who can also be seen in the film "Sea Fog," plays Han Tae Kyung, one of President Lee's bodyguards in "Three Days." He must try to find out what happened to the president. So E Hyun, who was in "Who Are You?" and "Cheomdamdong Alice," plays a SWAT Team Agent. Park Ha Sun, who recently finished playing the role of a concerned mother in the drama "Two Weeks," will play a police officer. Park Yoochun and Park Ha Sun will team up to find the president and return him safely to the Blue House.

Yoon Je Moon, who appeared in "King 2 Hearts," plays the president's secretary.

Some rehearsals have already taken place, say members from the production staff but SBS is asking the actors to wait a while longer.

Park Ha Sun may be the cast member who is most disappointed. She has long spoken of wanting to act with Park Yoochun, from the time she admired his work in "Rooftop Prince."

When she was first cast, she expressed her excitement.

"The role in my new drama is vastly different from the kind of roles that I usually take on in the past," said Pak Ha Sun.  "So I'm really excited and intend to work really hard and challenge myself. I heard that Park Yoo Chun agreed to appear in the drama after reading a brief synopsis. I can understand now why he felt that way back then. When I read the script, I was really drawn to the strong storyline. I don't want to miss out on this drama."

For her sake and the sake of Park Yoochun's fans, it is hoped that the drama is only delayed and will not wind up being cancelled.
