As noted by Nielsen Korea, "Under the Queen's Umbrella" episode 15 continues with a solid viewership rating.

It comes after the fifth episode scored an average nationwide rating of 13.4 percent. This makes the historical K-drama land its highest ratings yet for a Saturday series.

The tvN series did not disappoint viewers by giving amazing endings in every episode.

"Under the Queen's Umbrella" follows the story of a fearless queen named Im Hwa Ryung played by Kim Hye Soo. She will do whatever it takes to protect her sons against greedy and ambitious royals who want to steal their throne.

One of which is the King's beloved mother, Queen Dowager Cho, played by veteran actress Kim Hae Sook.

In "Under the Queen's Umbrella" episode 15, the secrets are out as former grand prince Yi Ik Seong who disguised himself as Royal Physician Kwon tried to set up a rebellion in order to avenge his mother, the former Queen Yoon, and his brothers who died tragically.

After his intense confrontation with Queen Im Hwa Ryung who knew his secret, he was cornered by the royal guards but was able to escape.

In hiding, he asks Prince Uiseong, who turned out to be his son, to help him with his plan.

The treason was plotted by the Prince and Physician Kwon at the royal quarters.

Here, the physician opened up about wanting to see his old mother, the Queen and his son, Prince Uiseong.

On the other hand, Queen Im Hwa Ryung played a trick on the Queen Dowager regarding the death of the late Crown Prince Taein.

She teased the senior royal to hand her over to the physician and in return, she will give him the autopsy report.

At the height of the retrieval of the evidence, the Chief State Counselor planned on eliminating the physician but was shocked to hear that he was the grand prince and ended up getting stabbed by him.

It is part of his revenge to get back the official after killing his brother and expelling Queen Yoon as a royal.

Interestingly, one of the highlights of "Under the Queen's Umbrella" episode 15 is the former royal's death.

Queen Dowager Cho gets the upper hand by using Prince Uiseong to get rid of Physician Kwon.

Being the next target of the vengeful grand prince, the senior royal tricked her grandson regarding Kwon's identity.

After causing commotion in the palace, it was revealed that he impregnated Consort Kwon to have his offspring.

However, he gets killed by Prince Uiseong in order to save himself but regrets killing the physician after he learned that he was his father.
